Fort Logan ranch first knew cattle in 1881.
Originally founded as a military outpost in 1869, the Fort was active until 1881. the US Army sold to Judge William Gaddis who began a successful cattle operation. fort logan ranch is currently owned and operated by the berg family, who purchased the ranch over 70 years ago.
